The Copper River Salmon is caught in the wild from the cold, clear waters of the Copper River in Alaska.  The Copper River sockeye salmon is world famous for its rich dark orange color and amazing flavor. This unique color and flavor is caused due to the abundant rivers and streams that feed into the Copper River.  These vast streams provide a rich and nourishing diet and environment for the Copper River salmon.  In fact the Copper River coast line stretches for more than 34,000 miles.  Not only does the Copper River salmon come from a healthy clean source, but a Copper River Sockeye Salmon has the highest amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and nutrition than any other sockeye salmon.

Just out side of the Copper River is where the Wild Pacific Halibut is caught. Halibut is a flat fish that is truly delicate in flavor and can be cooked in many diverse ways from, grilling halibut, roasting halibut and the unforgettable Halibut fish and chips.  A Pacific Halibut can range in sizes from 8 pounds to 500 pounds.  These Pacific Wild Halibut are caught in the crisp cold waters of the northern pacific.  These Pacific waters produce some of the best halibut in the world.

Each Fish is cut into serving size filets or serving portions.
