Ken has catered and coordinated hundreds of weddings and events. Beginning his training in 1974 at the renowned Culinary Institute of Copenhagen, Ken quickly rose to Executive Sous Chef at Copenhagen’s Plaza Hotel, one of Europe’s most prestigious hotels.
