Ken Thers

Ken has catered and coordinated hundreds of weddings and events. Beginning his training in 1974 at the renowned Culinary Institute of Copenhagen, Ken quickly rose to Executive Sous Chef at Copenhagen’s Plaza Hotel, one of Europe’s most prestigious hotels. In 1980, Ken came to the United States where he helped open some of the finest restaurants and executive conference centers on the East Coast. Let his experience guide you through your special day.
