Stew
Each package contains 1pound of organic beef stew. Beef Stew is a fairly tender cut of beef that has a lot of flavor. However, the beef stew cut of meat comes from the shoulder area of the beef and requires longer cooking times then steaks or kebobs due to the connective tissue in this cut of meat. Braising (cooking with liquid) is the best way to prepare this cut.
