Each package contains 1 pound of Goat Rib Chops.  The goat rib chops comes from the rack area of the goat or Cabrito, or as otherwise known the Rack of Goat.  Each chop contains 2 ribs.  These chops can be cooked in a variety of ways including cooking on the grill.  The rib chop is known as one of the best cuts on the goat, due to the tenderness of the meat.
