The meat came perfectly frozen. And it is delicious! I shared a lot of the meat and have many friends that are interested in buying some. I made up a mixed grill with riblets, burgers, and chops for a man and his son and they went nuts!

I just wanted you to know that the racks of lamb were delicious...Everyone raved that it was the best Christmas dinner ever. It was the first time I had ever cooked a rack of lamb, let alone 6 racks, but I crusted it with a rosemary, horseradish, parmesan and whole grain mustard mixture and it was a super meal.

This is the best lamb that I have tried! I used to buy lamb from Whole Foods, but it's grass-fed, not grass-finished , not local. And grass-finished makes a big difference for me. I have removed grains from my diet and it has made a huge impact on my health in general. I have been using Fox Fire lamb for my main source of protien for several months and have done very well with it. We truly are what we eat! Thank you for the prompt shipment. Everything was in perfect shape with almost no thawing. The kabobs are unbelievably delicious. I simply marinated them overnight in a custom mixture and broiled them in the oven the next morning.

Wow, tonight I charcoaled the four racks of lamb you shipped me several weeks ago. The flavor was incredible. I purposely tried to impress a couple who came for dinner at our home for the first time and your lamb make it relatively easy. I grilled, rather than pan seared the lamb, then spread Dijon mustard, several chopped herbs, and crushed hazelnuts over both sides and baked for twenty minutes. The lamb was medium well to well, but juicy and so flavorful. I've ordered lamb at several high dollar restaurants thinking I should develop a taste for it, but found it always too strong in flavor or even gamy. I assumed at the price that it was supposed to taste like that. No longer, I know that when procured from your farm it can have a big flavor that is different than beef and pork, but incredibly delicious. I'm so glad I spent the relatively large sum to try in this special dinner. I'll order again for sure!!
