Fox Fire Farms ™

I am a professional chef who lives overseas and whenever I need to get someone a gift I go online and look for quality food items. A few months ago I wanted to send my brother something he really likes and says he has trouble finding in his local Salt Lake City market, lamb shanks. So I went on line and a Google search h turned up Fox Fire Farms. I was concerned about the method of shipment so I sent them an email and asked a few questions. I quickly got a reply from Brent Walker that answered all my questions satisfactorily, so I order 4 shanks to be shipped out. My brother says that they arrived on time, in perfect condition, and that he was elated when he opened the box. I later got some pictures from him showing how he prepared and served them, and they looked wonderful. My brother is an accomplished chef and he really does know his food, so if he says they were great, that’s enough for me to leave this review. I just ordered 4 more to be sent to my parents for their anniversary. Ps - too bad there is no way for me to post the pictures of their dinner. Maybe FFF could make an area on the website for customers to post their recipes and pictures.
