Goat Kebobs or Goat Skewers packages contain 1 pound of cubed meat that is cut into 1'' inch squares.  The Goat Skewer meat comes from the upper goat leg and sirloin area of the goat or Cabrito. These cuts of meat are very well suited for dry heat such as the grill or oven, but are also fantastic in Goat Curry.  Goat kebobs are perfect for appetizers or for entertaining lots of guests
