Ground Beef
Each package of Organic Ground beef weighs 1 pound. The Ground beef is 80% lean. Ground beef can be used in a variety of ways. Either use it in your favorite meatball recipe or just simply grill it for your favorite hamburger.
Serving size: 2 adults or 4 quarter pound patties
Grill tip: Make your Organic Beef Patties as thin as you can (1/4 pound each) preheat grill on high. Season your Organic ground Beef and grill on high heat with the lid open for 3 minutes each side. |

My daughter, who borders on vegetarian, LOVED the burgers made out of this ground beef. I am vegetarian so I can't review it myself, but the kids and my husband were really, really happy!

This beef is absolutly amazing. I/we would reccomend this meat to any school or family. The ground beef we buy from Fox Fire Farms has made our school an extreamly healthy place and the kids can't get enough of it. We never season or spice the meat for it already tastes and smells mouth watering. Buy it for your family and you will be forever happy. I/we say this for all of the Fox Fire Farms products.
