  • What is "grass-fed"?
Grass-fed means that the animal spent all of it's life grazing grass and clovers. We do not play games with our customers by calling a lamb that is first grazed on grass and then finished on grain a grass-fed lamb. When we say grass-fed, we mean grass-fed all the way. Our lambs are 100% chemical free and grazed on 100% chemical free pastures, unlike much of the so-called grass-fed lamb from foreign sources.

  • Why are sheep important to sustainable agriculture?
The humble sheep, when used in the proper manner, is truly a gift to mankind. Sheep grazing can be used to recycle the nutrients and minerals more effectively.
