The boston butt roast comes from the shoulder of the pork.  It makes a nice approximately 8 pound roast that will feed about 16 adults.  As with any shoulder roast, it is best cooked barised, or cooked in liquid.  This particular roast makes fantasitic pulled pork sandwiches.  Each package contains 1 boneless roast
